Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Sidian Workforce (“Sidian”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, and password when you create an account or request a demo. We also collect usage data necessary to operate the service, such as IP addresses and request logs, for security and diagnostics.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve Sidian Workforce, communicate with you, process transactions, secure your account, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Data storage and security
Sidian is built local-first. Your work data is primarily stored on your own devices and sync infrastructure. Where we store data on our systems, we use encryption, access controls, and audit logging. For Enterprise customers, we offer on-prem and private-cloud deployments.
4. Your rights
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting privacy@sidian.ai.
5. Cookies
We use a minimal set of functional cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the service. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
