These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sidian Workforce's website, applications, and services. By using Sidian, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sidian for unlawful purposes, to interfere with the service, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. High-risk actions are gated by approval routes and policy checks.

3. Plans and payment

Starter is free. Team and Business plans are billed per seat and per agent. Enterprise plans are governed by a separate agreement. Provider costs are passed through at list price plus an orchestration margin.

4. Data ownership

You retain ownership of your data. We do not train models on your data without your explicit consent. You may export your data at any time.

5. Warranties and liability

Sidian is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated work should always be reviewed before execution, especially for high-risk actions.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
